Clinical Ladder Program
Our Clinical Ladder Program is designed to promote professional nursing practice through the encouragement, support and recognition of individual advancement through four levels of knowledge and expertise: Staff Nurse, Senior Staff Nurse, Nurse Clinician, and Senior Nurse Clinician.
